From the office - Checking Your Child Out Early

Parents,
There is a new procedure for checking your child out early. With the Raptor system, we have to scan your driver's license again if you come to check out your child early from school. Even if you have already been scanned once, you will have to do it again. Unfortunately, the license information won't transfer from the "parent" section to the "student" section. It is time consuming, but we have to do it this way. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes...unless a large number of parents are checking their children out. So in the event that you have to please allow for a little extra time to do so.

On a side note, please try to make all doctor's appointments (dentist, check-up, eye) after school. It is distracting to have children coming in and out of the classroom, as well as keep up with so many different schedules. It is stressful to the children to come in and see their classmates working and know they have to "catch up" or don't know what is going on in class. Thanks for your help with this! Mrs. Dooley
