We had a FABULOUS first week! I am so proud of my kindergarteners! Have fun looking for environmental print this weekend and I will see the kids Monday morning. Some of my literacy centers for the week include:
* studying the color RED (books to make, songs to sing, computer programs to learn)
* reading & writing words around our classroom
* learning about our 5 senses (poems, books, cutting & gluing activities)
* reading BIG books with friends
* matching upper & lower case letters
* AND MUCH MORE!!!
